Recruitment Consultant - Allied Health or HR Professional - Melbourne VIC

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate Allied Health or HR professional to take on a Recruitment Consultant role based in Melbourne!

- Full-time
- Work from our beautiful office in Albert Park 3 days a week and from home 2 days a week (subject to change)
- Recruit Allied Health professionals nationally and in the UK
- Recruit across a variety of allied health professions - from graduates through to team leaders/ business managers
- Collaborative work environment
- Very supportive and passionate team

About You:

- Tertiary qualification/ healthcare background in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Speech Pathology or Recruitment/ HR background
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results driven
- Proficient communication and organisational skills 
- Thorough attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills 
- A highly ethical and trustworthy person 
- Excellent computer skills to manage the MediRecruit CRM system
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
- Based in Melbourne (required)
