About the Role:

We are currently seeking a talented graduate Occupational Therapist for a Rehabilitation Consultant role in Melbourne.

In this role as a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for managing physical injuries. You will also assess, plan, organise, and participate in rehabilitative programs to achieve positive return to work outcomes.

Whilst receiving ongoing training and support as a new grad, enjoy a variety of responsibilities including managing a caseload of injured clients, developing workplace-based rehabilitation programs to achieve positive return to work outcomes, conducting worksite assessments, evaluating clients' progress and much more.

About You:

- Occupational Therapy Tertiary Qualification
- Full registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC
- Outstanding communication and networking skills
- Ability to self motivate and self manage workload
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Report writing skills
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
