Locum Physiotherapist - Private Practice - Cairns QLD

About the Role: 

We are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist for a locum role with a private practice in Cairns.

Join an established team and work alongside other dynamic clinicians in a supportive work environment. Take over an existing caseload, predominantly sports and MSK in nature, as well as some pilates. Manage and treat a diverse caseload of private practice clients, utilise a wide range of physiotherapy treatment modalities, and provide client-driven, evidence-based therapy services to clients focussing on their personal goal attainment.

An interest in clinical Pilates and sports physiotherapy would be desirable, but not essential.

This is an 8-week locum position and an extension may be considered.

About You:

- Relevant Tertiary degree in Physiotherapy
- Registration with AHPRA
- Minimum of 2 years' experience is desired
- Strong clinical skills using a variety of treatment approaches
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic
- Warm, friendly and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check 
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
