Recruitment Consultant - Allied Health Professional - Melbourne VIC

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate Allied Health professional to take on a Recruitment Consultant role based in Melbourne!

Reporting to the MediRecruit Directors, in this role you will be responsible for taking on the full range of recruitment activities and helping therapists secure their ideal job in Allied Health.

MediRecruit has been operating since 2001 and has established many strong client relationships within the Allied Health sector. We recruit to roles nationally, across many Allied Health professions, and across a variety of specialty areas. Apply your background in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Speech Pathology to assist candidates in finding a role that best suits their interests and expertise.

Enjoy running through the full recruitment process with candidates, from the initial phone screen to the final contract agreement, ensuring strong communication is maintained throughout. You will be well supported by our friendly team who will guide you through all recruitment systems and activities.

About You:

- Tertiary qualification/ health background in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Speech Pathology is required
- Recruitment experience is not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient communication and organisational skills 
- Thorough attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills 
- A highly ethical and trustworthy person
- A quick thinker and eager to work in a dynamic, changing environment  
- Excellent computer skills to manage the MediRecruit CRM system
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
- Based in Melbourne (required)
