About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join a multidisciplinary Allied Health organisation in Sydney!
Reporting to the COO, in this role you will be responsible for growing sales, business development and marketing plans and driving revenue and customer growth. Lead a small team of your own and work hard to achieve targets that include generating new leads, acquiring new clients through various channels, as well as managing marketing campaigns and larger B2B partnerships.

Build and lead a close-knit Partnerships & Marketing team including hiring, developing and supporting people to achieve goals. Also, enjoy actively training and developing your team to motivate and build a brand presence across the health and disability sector.

Personally source allied health leads and oversee the clinical assessment to service delivery process and work with the Marketing Manager and external agencies to drive digital performance campaigns and brand initiatives.

About You:

- Relevant Tertiary qualification 
- 5+ years experience in senior Sales, BD or Marketing within a growing Allied Health or disability organisation
- Strong ability to negotiate and build channel partnerships 
- Strong coaching skills and the ability to motivate sales teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous success in overcoming constraints and exceeding sales targets 
- Previous people management experience ideally in Sales or BD (desirable)
- Committed to high-quality service delivery 
- Passionate about empowering others to achieve their goals 
- Understanding of the NDIS framework, funding and services (desirable)
- Strong organisational skills 
- Working with Children Check
- Current driver's licence 
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
