MentorLink is a facilitated mentoring program for Occupational Therapists, offered as a free member benefit to members of Occupational Therapy Australia. The program is available to occupational therapists working in both the public and private sectors throughout Australia.
MentorLink aims to provide practitioners with peer support (tailored to their professional development and performance needs), improve job satisfaction and build mentoring skills within the occupational therapy profession.
