MediRecruit supporting Aussie Allied Health professionals!

The Australian Allied Health Awards (AAHA) welcome Medirecruit as a silver partner for 2019.

For 18 years MediRecruit has been the experts in the recruitment of allied health professionals across Australia and NZ to Clinical Allied Health, Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management, Healthcare Sales and Locuming in the United Kingdom. Run by healthcare professionals, for healthcare professionals, our primary focus is to encourage candidates to discover ‘diverse careers in health’ throughout Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

Founders and Directors’ Danielle Weedon (B. Physio) and Clare Jones (B. OccThy) both share personal experience when it comes to the importance of career diversification and the rewards of working abroad. As young qualified healthcare professionals, while locuming in the UK as a Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist, they unexpectedly discovered a career in recruitment. They were personally empowered by their university qualifications but didn’t allow them to control or define their life’s outcomes. As such, they have spent the last 20 years devoted to understanding what their candidates want from their career.

“MediRecruit is proud to support the Allied Health Awards, a great initiative that recognises the expert skills, hard work and dedication of Australia’s Allied Health Professionals.” Clare Jones, Director, MediRecruit

Co Founder of the AAHA and editor of Allied Magazine, Chris McCarroll is proud to be partnering with a local small business “We are very excited to have the support of MediRecruit for the 2019 Australian Allied Health Awards. MediRecruit have been assisting Aussie Allied Health professionals with recruitment for over 18 years and it is great to be partnering with them this year”.

The 2019 Australian Allied Health Awards Gala will see more than 300 of the nation’s top Allied Health Professionals come together on Saturday the 21st September, in Melbourne. Head to alliedhealthawards.com.au for all the information.
