Experience
An Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with 18 months - 2+ years experience working in a workplace rehabilitation environment;
Experience in identifying return to work barriers and designing programs that assist injured employees return to the workplace;
Ability to deliver specialist services including physical case management, one-offs assessments, training, provision of medico-legal reports, account management;
Sound communication skills to liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and workers;
Demonstrated commitment to drive quality outcomes;
Great customer focus with ability to support major clients;
An ability to accept and drive accountability for yourself.
Description
Utilising your injury management skills you will be performing case management, one-off assessments, consulting, OH&S assessments and training services and you will thrive on achieving positive outcomes. Depending on experience levels, your role will also include business development and account management duties, implementing team and company growth strategies and supervising Same Employer Team Consultants.
