As an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist, you’ll have demonstrated abilities and extensive experience in achieving sustainable outcomes within workplace rehabilitation and are ready for the next challenge. Ideally you will have experience leading a professional team within a workplace rehabilitation provider but if you're an experienced consultant looking for the next step, we encourage you to apply. Workhab/PWPE and Comcare accreditation and clinical experience will be well regarded but are not essential. If you are an energetic and resourceful professional with strong leadership and business development skills then this is the position for you.
Description
Team Leader required for management of a Melbourne Injury Prevention & Management business, providing support, leadership and mentoring. You will work collaboratively with management to assist in the ongoing growth and development of customer services, quality and commercial objectives within the market whilst maintaining reduced billable component to your role.
