Experience
Ideal attributes will include:
A Rehabilitation Counsellor or Registered Psychologist with 5+ years experience working within the workplace rehabilitation industry
Direct experience in the management of allied health professionals
Thorough understanding of the workers compensation scheme (both Work Cover NSW and Comcare)
The ability to strategically analyse case management files to achieve the best possible health and return to work outcomes
The ability to train, supervise and develop your team and team members
The ability to implement innovative methods in our approach to workplace rehabilitation services
Strong business acumen and customer focus at all times
Focus on quality and consistency in service delivery across all delivered services and products
Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Different Employer / Psychological Services Team Manager. This dynamic person will enjoy both diversity and autonomy in role leading experienced different employer and psychological services team to achieve exceptional health and return to work outcomes within the workers compensation scheme. Utilising your managerial skills and experience within the workplace rehabilitation industry, you will be undertaking daily operational management tasks with your team in combination with account management / business development and product development / refinement.
